The new location for the AGM is The Sheraton Grand Hotel, 1 Festival Square, Edinburgh EH3 9SR, due to the non-availability of the original venue. All other information from the Notice of AGM dated 15 April 2025, including the date, time, and resolutions, remains unchanged.

CHANGE OF VENUE FOR THE 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NEW LOCATION: THE SHERATON GRAND HOTEL, 1 FESTIVAL SQUARE, EDINBURGH EH3 9SR
Due to the non-availability of the original venue (Hawthornden Lecture Theatre, National Gallery, The Mound, Edinburgh EH2 2EL) the venue of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of Capricorn has changed to The Sheraton Grand Hotel, 1 Festival Square, Edinburgh EH3 9SR.
Except for the change of venue, all other information set out in the Notice of AGM dated 15 April 2025, including the date and time of the meeting, and the resolutions to be considered at the AGM, remain unchanged.
Proxy and voting instructions relating to the original venue remain unchanged and will be valid for the new venue.
