Cenkos notes the disclosure made earlier today pursuant to Rule 8 of the Takeover Code by Canaccord Genuity Asset Management Limited ("Canaccord") that Canaccord purchased 140,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Cenkos ("Ordinary Shares") on 23 June 2023, having previously, on 18 April 2023, transferred out from its discretionary management 897,810 Ordinary Shares. As a result of this disclosure, Cenkos understands that Canaccord's current holding in the Company is 4,742,190 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
