Condor Gold plc released its unaudited interim financial report for the six months ended 30 June 2023 on 07 September 2023, reporting a Group loss of £965,815 and a net cash balance of £584,837 at period end. Additionally, on 4 July 2023, the company announced it had raised £1 million through the exercise of warrants by Galloway Limited, which is wholly owned by Chairman Jim Mellon, increasing Galloway's shareholding to 23% of Condor Gold.
