Saint-Gobain completed the acquisition of the Bailey Group, a privately owned Canadian manufacturer of metal frames for light construction, on June 3, 2024. Bailey reported C$532 million in revenues in 2023, operates 12 manufacturing plants across Canada, and employs approximately 700 people. This acquisition follows Saint-Gobain's previous Canadian acquisitions of Kaycan (2022) and Building Products of Canada (2023), with Saint-Gobain's pro forma Canadian revenues increasing from C$800 million in 2021 to C$2.3 billion in 2023.
