Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited, the specialist digital infrastructure investment company, announces that it has transferred the administration of the Company to Aztec Financial Services (Guernsey) Limited ("Aztec"). With effect from today, Aztec will act as Designated Administrator and Company Secretary to the Company.

The Company's registered office will also change to: East Wing, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3PP.
