Notice of 2023 Annual Results and Annual General Meeting

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company"), an operationally focused investor in the core digital infrastructure that enables modern communications and the internet, announces that it will be publishing its results for the year ended 31 March 2023 on 22 June 2023.
