In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2), Costain announces that Fiona MacAulay, a Non-Executive Director of Costain, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination Committee, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Rosebank Industries plc ('Rosebank'), a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 14 November 2025. Fiona will also be Chair of Rosebank's Remuneration Committee and a member of their Nomination and Audit Committees.
