Costain Group PLC announced on 26 November 2025 that Tony Quinlan, a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chair of NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited (NESF). In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2), Costain announces that Tony Quinlan, a Non-Executive Director of Costain, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chair NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited ('NESF'), a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 3 December 2025. Tony will also be a member of NESF's Management Engagement Committee; the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee; and their Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
