Convening of 2021 Annual Results Presentation

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company" or "CPIC") will disclose its 2021 annual results on 27 March 2022. The full text of the Company's 2021 annual results will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on 27 March 2022 and be available for inspection at

https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. A copy will also be available on 27 March 2022 on the Company's website at http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/.

The Company will convene the results presentation from 16:30 to 18:00 on 28 March 2022 (Monday, Beijing time) in order to help investors obtain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Company's 2021 annual results and operating position. Mr. KONG Qingwei (Chairman), Mr. FU Fan (President), Mr. ZHANG Yuanhan (Chief Actuary & CFO), Mr. SU Shaojun (Board Secretary & Deputy Director on Transformation Matters), Mr. SU Gang (Chief Investment Officer), Mr. GU Yue (Chairman of CPIC P/C) and Mr. (John) Qiang CAI (General Manager & CEO of CPIC Life), as well as independent non-executive directors of the Company will be present at the results presentation.
