Convening of 2022 Annual Results Presentation
China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company" or "CPIC") will disclose its 2022 annual results on 26 March 2023. The full text of the Company's 2022 annual results will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on 26 March 2023 and be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. A copy will also be available on 26 March 2023 on the Company's website at http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/.
The Company will convene the results presentation from 16:30 to 18:00 27 March 2023 (Monday, Beijing time) in order to help investors obtain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Company's 2022 annual results and operating position. Mr. KONG Qingwei (Chairman), Mr. FU Fan (President), Mr. YU Bin (Vice President), Mr. MA Xin (Vice President), Mr. ZHANG Yuanhan (Chief Actuary & CFO), Mr. SU Shaojun (Board Secretary), Mr. GU Yue (Chairman of CPIC P/C), Mr. ZENG Yi (General Manager of CPIC P/C), Ms. PAN Yanhong (Chairman of CPIC Life) and Mr. CAI Qiang, John (General Manager & CEO of CPIC Life), Mr. YU Rongquan (General Manager of CPIC AMC), as well as independent non-executive directors of the Company will be present at the results presentation.
