Convening of 2024 Interim Results Presentation

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company" or "CPIC") will disclose its 2024 interim results on 29 August 2024.  The full text of the Company's 2024 interim results will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on 29 August 2024 and be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. A copy will also be available on 29 August 2024 on the Company's website at http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/.

The Company will convene the results presentation from 16:00 to 17:30 on 30 August 2024 (Beijing time, same below), to communicate with investors in relation to their questions. Mr. Fu Fan (Chairman), Mr. Zhao Yonggang (President), Mr. Zhang Yuanhan (Chief Actuary and Finance Responsible Person), Mr. Su Shaojun (Board Secretary), Mr. Su Gang (Chief Investment Officer) as well as independent non-executive directors of the Company will be present at the results presentation.

Investors may send relevant questions by email to [email protected] before 0:00 on 26 August 2024. Their questions will be answered by the Company at the results presentation.

Investors may access the results presentation and put forward questions via https://webcast.roadshowchina.cn/N2hrM1gyZHpTNzV6dm9oZkpjZGFudz09 or the live streaming link on the "Investor Relations" section on the Company's website from 16:00 to 17:30 on 30 August 2024. The Company will answer the questions in a timely manner via the live streaming platform.
