On 30 October 2024, China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd.'s Board of Directors adjusted the composition of its special committees at the sixth meeting of the tenth session of the Board. FU Fan was appointed Chairman of the Strategic and Investment Decision-Making & ESG Committee, LAM Tyng Yih, Elizabeth as Chairwoman of the Audit and Related Party Transaction Control Committee, and JIANG Xuping as Chairman of the Technological Innovation and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, with other directors appointed as members to these committees. The composition of the nomination and remuneration committee and the risk management committee remained unchanged.
