The board of directors (the "Board") of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the 12th meeting of the tenth session of the Board held on 12 May 2025, Ms. CHEN Xin was elected as a member and the chairwoman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee under the tenth session of the Board.
