Convening of 2025 Interim Results Presentation
China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company" or "CPIC") will disclose its 2025 interim results on 28 August 2025. The full text of the Company's 2025 interim results will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on 28 August 2025 and be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. A copy will also be available on 28 August 2025 on the Company's website at http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/.
The Company will convene the results presentation from 15:30 to 17:00 on 29 August 2025 (Beijing time, same below), to communicate with investors in relation to their questions. Mr. Zhao Yonggang (President), independent non-executive directors and other senior management of the Company will be present at the results presentation.
Investors may send relevant questions by email to the email address of Company's investor relations at [email protected] before 0:00 on 25 August 2025. Their questions will be answered by the Company at the results presentation.
