CRH plc announces that yesterday, 1^st November 2022, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 27,366 Ordinary Shares at prices of €24.24 and €27.86 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £20.11 and £31.04 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 25,118,450 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 749,021,888.
