Crest Nicholson Holdings plc announced that William Floydd joined the Company as Group Finance Director designate on 13 November 2023. This follows the 11 July 2023 announcement of Duncan Cooper's intention to resign as Group Finance Director, with his departure scheduled for 13 December 2023.

DIRECTORATE CHANGE
As previously announced, William Floydd joined the Company today as Group Finance Director designate. This follows the announcement on 11 July 2023 of Duncan Cooper's intention to resign as Group Finance Director.
