Further to the announcement on 23 January 2024 regarding the appointment of Martyn Clark to the role of Chief Executive, the Company today confirms that Martyn will be appointed as Chief Executive and member of the Board on 3 June 2024. Peter Truscott, the current Chief Executive, will remain with the business until a handover process is completed.
