Coral Products Plc announced on 23 October 2024 that all nine resolutions, comprising seven ordinary and two special resolutions, were passed at its General Meeting held earlier today. Resolution 05 declared a final dividend of 0.25p per ordinary share for the year ended 30 April 2024. This dividend has an ex-dividend date of 12 December 2024, a record date of 13 December 2024, and will be paid on 17 January 2025.

The Company announces that at the General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today all resolutions, as set out in the GM notices, were duly passed by the required majority.
The results of the polls were as follows:
Resolutions 1 to 7 were passed as ordinary resolutions, and resolutions 8 and 9 were special resolutions.
