Delay in Publication of Final Results and Temporary Suspension of Trading on AIM

Coral Products plc, the specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products, announces that, as the audit of its annual accounts for the year ended 30 April 2026 has been delayed, the Company will not be in a position to publish its annual audited accounts by 31 October 2026, as required by AIM Rule 19.

Accordingly, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be temporarily suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 2 November 2026, pending publication of the annual audited accounts.

The Company is working with its auditor to complete the audit and currently expects to publish its annual audited accounts by 30 November 2026. A further announcement will be made at that time, following which it is anticipated that trading in the Company's ordinary shares will be restored.
