Completion of Quarterly Tender Offer

Further to the quarterly tender offer launched by the Company on 6 August 2026 (the "Tender Offer") for up to 15 per cent. of the Company's issued Shares (excluding any Shares held in treasury), the Company announces that it has acquired 3,885,283 ordinary redeemable shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") pursuant to the Tender Offer. All Shares repurchased by the Company will be held in treasury.

Payment to shareholders of the Tender Offer consideration will be made as soon as practicable and by no later than 10 Business Days following the date of this announcement.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 272,780,661 of its Shares in treasury and has 42,371,648 Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
