CT Private Equity Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 May 2026, all 14 resolutions proposed were duly passed.
Following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting, Richard Gray retired as Chairman and Swantje Conrad as a non-executive Director. As previously reported within the Company's Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements 31 December 2025, Tom Burnet will now become Chairman of the Company. Manisha Shukla will be appointed a non-executive director with effect from 29 May 2026.
