In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ('DTR') 5.6.1, the Company's issued share capital as at close of business on 31 July 2026 consists of 1,091,448,331 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each and all of these have voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
