Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company has declared a dividend of £0.0125 per ordinary Sterling Share and €0.0125 per ordinary Euro Share.

The dividend will be payable on 26 August 2022 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 5 August 2022 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 4 August 2022.
