The Company hereby announces the number of shares for determining the semi-annual restriction in respect of the March 2026 tender:

Sterling Shares                                  129,134,274

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Company's AGM circular dated 11 April 2025 and approved at the Company's AGM on 29 April 2025.

All other terms defined in the Company's prospectus dated 29 March 2019 have the same meaning in this announcement unless otherwise defined.
