Official Change of Company Name
The Board of the Company announces that, with effect from 15 September 2026, the name of the Company has changed to City Natural Resources Growth and Income PLC.
The Company’s new name recognises the change of alternative investment fund manager (“AIFM”) and removes any legacy name overhang from the previous AIFM. There will be no change to the Company's strategy or risk profile; the Company will continue to pursue its established investment approach with a primary focus on long-term capital growth and the payment of an enhanced dividend yield of 8% of net asset value per annum, funded from capital reserves as required.
The Company's London Stock Exchange TIDM (Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic) remains CYN. The Company's ISIN, SEDOL and LEI also remain unchanged. Companies House confirms that the Company’s new name has been registered and, following receipt of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name, the Company will liaise with the FCA and the LSE to affect the name change on the Official List and for trading purposes as soon as practicable.
Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no replacement share certificates will be issued in connection with the change of name.
Shareholders are reminded that, following the change in AIFM and Investment Manager with effect from 14 September 2026, the Company’s new website is www.citynats.com.
