Update Regarding Labor Contract Negotiations at the Company's Three Rivers Manufacturing Facility in Michigan
DETROIT, June 1, 2026 - Dauch Corporation (NYSE: DCH, LSE: DCH) announces that, following the expiry of the collective bargaining agreement at its Three Rivers Manufacturing Facility (TRMF) in Michigan, on May 31, 2026, the parties have not yet agreed upon the terms of a new agreement.
Effective June 1, 2026, associates at TRMF represented by the United Auto Workers (UAW) union have decided to implement a work stoppage.
Further updates on the status of negotiations between the parties will be provided when available.
