Application for Block Listing

Dialight plc announces that an application for admission to the Official List has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for an increase of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the existing block listing relating to:

·      The Dialight Performance Share Plan;

·      The Dialight plc Annual Performance Bonus Plan; and

·      The Dialight plc 2014 Sharesave Plan

These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 17 February 2022.
