·      Rizwan Ahmad - the exercise of 18,105 conditional share awards, and subsequent sale on 14 April 2023 of 7,034 shares (to cover tax and social security liabilities due) and the retention of the balance of 11,071 Dialight plc shares

·      Matt Boudiette - the exercise of 18,105 conditional share awards, and subsequent sale on 14 April 2023 of 8,489 shares (to cover tax and social security liabilities due) and the retention of the balance of 9,616 Dialight plc shares

·      Tim Cillessen - the exercise of 18,105 conditional share awards and subsequent sale on 14 April 2023 of 7,216 Dialight plc shares (to cover tax and social security liabilities due) and the retention of the balance of 10,889 Dialight plc shares

All the awards notified above vested on 5 April 2023 under the Dialight plc 2014 Performance Share Plan.
