Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, announces it has been notified of the following dealings by certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"):
Fariyal Khanbabi, Group Chief Executive, purchased 4,834 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), each at a price of 205 pence. Following this purchase, Fariyal Khanbabi is interested in a total of 26,338 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.079% of the Company's issued share capital.
Clive Jennings, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares, each at a price of 209.19 pence. Following this purchase, Clive Jennings is interested in a total of 9,556 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.029% of the Company's issued share capital.
Nigel Lingwood, Non-executive Director, purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares, each at a price of 205 pence. Following this purchase, Nigel Lingwood is interested in a total of 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.015% of the Company's issued share capital.
