Dialight plc announced on 31 July 2024 the publication of its audited Annual Report and Accounts for the 15-month reporting period ended 31 March 2024. This 2023/24 Annual Report is available on the Company's website and will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism. The Company also stated its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 23 September 2024.

Audited Annual Report and Accounts Publication
Further to the preliminary full year results announcement released on 30 July 2024, a copy of the Company's audited Annual Report and Accounts for the 15-month reporting period ended 31 March 2024 (the "2023/24 Annual Report") can now be viewed and/or downloaded from the Company's website at www.dialight.com, and will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
A hard copy of the 2023/24 Annual Report will be dispatched to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy communications in due course as part of the document pack for the Company's 2024 annual general meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held on Monday 23 September 2024 and the notice of AGM and form of proxy will be made available on the Company's website and distributed to shareholders in due course.
