Correction to dividend announcement
As announced on 20 October 2021, the Company has declared a first interim dividend of 0.9 pence per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 May 2022 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 24 December 2021 (ex-dividend date 23 December 2021).
In correction to the original announcement, the dividend will be payable on 25 February 2022.
