De La Rue plc announced on 23 May 2022 that it has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 4,500,000 Ordinary shares of 44 152/175p each. These shares are under The De La Rue Deferred Bonus Plan 2020 and The De La Rue Performance Share Plan 2020 for admission to the Premium Segment of the Official List, with admission expected on or around 25 May 2022.
