Doric Nimrod Air Three Limited announced on 1 September 2025 that it received £33.07 million in sale proceeds for one Airbus A380-861 aircraft (MSN 132), with title successfully passing to Emirates. This follows the company's 11 July 2025 agreement to sell all its Airbus A380-861 aircraft to Emirates, while operating leases continue for the two remaining aircraft (MSNs 134 and 136) until their respective Lease End Dates.

ASSET SALE UPDATE
On 11 July 2025 the Company announced its agreement to sell all its Airbus A380-861 aircraft to Emirates (the "July Announcement").
Further to the July Announcement, and the subsequent Asset Sale Update provided on 28 August 2025, the Board is pleased to announce that, following the Lease End Date for MSN 132, sale proceeds of £33.07 million have been received with title successfully passing to Emirates.
For the Company's two remaining Airbus A380-861 aircraft (MSNs 134 and 136), operating leases will continue as contracted until the respective Lease End Dates.
The Board intends to provide further updates in due course regarding the distribution of total sale proceeds, as anticipated in the July Announcement.
