On 30 October 2025, Doric Nimrod Air Three Limited announced it received sale proceeds of £33.07 million following the Lease End Date for its Airbus A380-861 aircraft (MSN 136). Title transfer of this aircraft to Emirates is being processed, stemming from an agreement announced on 11 July 2025 to sell all its Airbus A380-861 aircraft. The operating lease for the Company's remaining Airbus A380-861 aircraft (MSN 134) will continue as contracted until its Lease End Date.

ASSET SALE UPDATE
On 11 July 2025 the Company announced its agreement to sell all its Airbus A380-861 aircraft to Emirates (the "July Announcement").
Further to the July Announcement, and the subsequent Asset Sale Updates provided on 28 August and 1 September 2025, the Board is pleased to announce that, following the Lease End Date for MSN 136, sale proceeds of £33.07 million have been received with title transfer to Emirates being processed.
For the Company's remaining Airbus A380-861 aircraft (MSN 134), the operating lease will continue as contracted until the Lease End Date.
The Board intends to provide further updates in due course regarding the distribution of total sale proceeds, as anticipated in the August announcement.
