Sale of Shares by Concert Party and Update to Notice of AGM
Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") announces that, further to the announcement made on 10 October 2024 regarding the publication of Notice of Annual General Meeting, it has been subsequently notified to the Company that, on 10 and 11 October 2024, Jean Adderley disposed of, in aggregate, 500,000 Ordinary Shares. As such, the Concert Party now holds 75,468,945 Ordinary Shares equating to 37.32 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company. Should the Company exercise the Market Purchase Authority in full, with such shares repurchased from persons other than members of the Concert Party, the Concert Party would (assuming no other allotments of Ordinary Shares or transfers of Ordinary Shares from treasury) have a maximum interest of 38.27 per cent. in the voting rights of the Company (as opposed to 38.52 per cent. as disclosed in the Notice of AGM published previously).
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:30am on Thursday 21 November 2024 at Watermead Business Park, Syston, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE7 1AD.
