FTSE Russell announced the deletion of Downing Renewables and Infrastructure Trust from four FTSE UK Index Series, including the FTSE SmallCap and FTSE All-Share Indexes. This deletion is conditional on court sanctioning the cash acquisition of Downing Renewables and Infrastructure Trust by Polar Nimrod Topco via a scheme of arrangement and will be effective from the start of trading on 04 November 2025.
