Application for block listing
The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of a total of 360,000 ordinary shares of 1116/29 pence each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
These shares will be issued in connection with the Drax Group plc 2022 Employee Stock Purchase Plan, The Drax Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2020 and The Drax Group plc Deferred Share Plan. The shares will be split 100,000, 160,000 and 100,000 to the aforementioned share plans respectively. They will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.
Admission is expected to be effective on 29 September 2023.
