Eco Albania Awarded Key ISO Health & Safety and Quality Management Certifications

Eco Buildings Group plc, a UK-listed modular construction company, is pleased to announce that its Albanian subsidiary, Eco Buildings Group Albania, has been awarded ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems) and ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems). This internationally recognised milestone strengthens the Company's operational platform as it scales international production and delivery of its GFRG load-bearing wall technology, supporting the Company's strategy of becoming a global leader in healthy, rapid and sustainable construction.

Highlights;

·    ISO 45001:2018 confirms internationally benchmarked OH&S processes, supporting workforce safety, factory compliance and operational resilience.

·    ISO 9001:2015 validates a robust quality framework aligned to repeatable production, consistent output and scalable manufacturing.

·    Certification covers the production and sale of prefabricated GFRG load-bearing wall products.

·    Strengthens Eco Buildings' position for institutional, government and partner procurement, where ISO compliance is often a prerequisite.

·    Supports the Group's ability to scale factory capacity across multiple territories while maintaining consistent standards.

Strategic Advantage in Sustainable Construction

ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 are globally recognised standards widely required by governments, international contractors, lenders, insurers and strategic partners. For Eco Buildings, these certifications represent more than operational recognition. They form part of a wider strategy to build a repeatable, investable and exportable manufacturing platform capable of supporting high-volume housing delivery programmes across multiple geographies.

As Eco Buildings expands into new markets and progresses discussions on large-scale supply, these certifications help reduce execution risk by demonstrating that the Group's manufacturing processes are aligned with globally recognised best practice.

CEO Statement

Dr Etrur Albani - Executive Vice Chairman of Eco Buildings Group plc, commented:

"Securing ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 is an important milestone for Eco Buildings Group Albania and a strong validation of the operational foundations we are building across the Group.

As we scale Eco Buildings internationally, repeatability, safety and quality assurance are not optional, they are essential. These certifications demonstrate that our factory processes meet internationally recognised standards, strengthening our credibility with governments, strategic partners and institutional stakeholders.

This is another step forward in our mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable and healthier homes at scale, while building long-term value for shareholders."

Notes

The Company has acquired proven and innovative prefabricated technology which has been in development and commercial use since 2006. Eco Buildings' range of prefabricated, green housing products based on glass fibre reinforced gypsum walls ("GFRG") provides a construction solution for both affordable and high-end housing.

Eco Buildings has already secured two sales contracts with major construction companies, one in Albania, the other in Kosovo, which are expected to generate gross sales revenue of approximately up to €38 million in total per annum over the first three years (approximately €114 million in total) following Admission.

The market share for factory-based building technology is expected to grow significantly over the coming years as private developers and the public sector seek to address the substantial and growing deficit in housing stock and issues of construction cost, speed and quality and housing affordability.
