Eco Buildings Group plc (the "Company" or the "Group") is pleased to announce that the humanitarian home it agreed to build pro bono for a family in Tirana, Albania, following the loss of their previous home, has now been formally handed over and is ready for occupation.

The house was rapidly erected using Eco Buildings' prefabricated GFRG load-bearing wall system, with the core structure delivered in record time. Eco Buildings can now confirm that the project has been completed following installation of all internal finishes, fixtures and fittings.

Etrur Albani, Executive Vice Chairman of Eco Buildings, commented:

"At the request of a senior government official in Albania, Eco Buildings took this opportunity to support the local community and demonstrate the power of our technologically advanced construction platform.

This project shows what is possible when housing is industrialised: rapid delivery, consistent quality and a materially lower cost base than conventional building. We believe Eco Buildings is positioned to apply this speed and quality globally and at scale, including for humanitarian response, government programmes and social housing.

Our buildings are environmentally superior, helping reduce carbon emissions while delivering healthier, more breathable living spaces."

Notes

The Company has acquired proven and innovative prefabricated technology which has been in development and commercial use since 2006. Eco Buildings' range of prefabricated, green housing products based on glass fibre reinforced gypsum panels ("GFRG") provides a construction solution for both affordable and high-end housing.

Eco Buildings has already secured two sales contracts with major construction companies, one in Albania, the other in Kosovo, which are expected to generate gross sales revenue of approximately up to €38 million in total per annum over the first three years (approximately €114 million in total) following Admission.

The market share for factory-based building technology is expected to grow significantly over the coming years as private developers and the public sector seek to address the substantial and growing deficit in housing stock and issues of construction cost, speed and quality and housing affordability.
