Eco Buildings Group plc (the "Company" or the "Group"), a UK-listed construction company focused on advanced sustainable housing solutions, is pleased to announce the launch of Eco Buildings United Kingdom Ltd ("EBUK"), a dedicated United Kingdom subsidiary established to address growing demand for scalable, energy efficient and economically viable housing solutions across the UK.

The establishment of EBUK represents a strategically significant step in the Group's expansion strategy and positions Eco Buildings directly within one of the most supply constrained housing markets in Europe.

To support this expansion, Eco Buildings has entered into a binding framework agreement ("BFA") with Messrs Ben Thompson and Alister Bennett through their SPV ("Noventum"), creating a local operating platform combining Eco Buildings' proprietary construction technology with highly experienced UK and international construction and project management expertise.

The Noventum team brings decades of experience across large-scale residential, infrastructure and government-backed construction programmes, providing EBUK with substantial construction innovation, procurement, and project delivery expertise.

The UK housing sector continues to experience significant structural pressures driven by housing shortages, rising construction costs, labour constraints and increasing sustainability requirements. Eco Buildings and its new partners believe Eco's advanced glass fibre reinforced gypsum ("GFRG") construction technology is particularly well positioned to respond to these challenges through a systemised approach focused on speed, quality, scalability and economic viability.

Eco Buildings' construction platform combines accelerated construction speeds, lower overall build costs, high fire resistance performance, strong thermal efficiency characteristics, factory-controlled quality consistency, reduced labour dependency and sustainable energy efficient building performance.

EBUK is progressing an initial pilot programme involving two demonstration homes on sites already identified by a potential customer seeking scalable housing development solutions. These pilot homes are intended to demonstrate the speed, quality, sustainability and economic viability of the Eco Buildings system for prospective development partners, housing associations and other sector participants.

EBUK has also received engagement and enquiries from UK housing sector participants for whom EBUK believes its solution represents a differentiated offering currently not widely available within the market.

To support near-term operational activity and accelerate deployment capability, Eco Buildings initially intends to supply GFRG walls into the UK market from its existing manufacturing facility in Albania - which is in the process of a significant capacity upgrade - while evaluating a future UK manufacturing base.

The Company believes the launch of EBUK further underpins its broader international growth strategy and reflects increasing market interest in scalable next-generation construction technologies.

Dr Etrur Albani, Executive Vice Chairman of Eco Buildings Group plc, commented: "The establishment of Eco Buildings United Kingdom represents a highly significant milestone in the growth of Eco Buildings Group plc and reflects our belief that the United Kingdom is one of the most important strategic housing markets globally.

The UK requires not only more homes, but fundamentally better and more efficient ways of delivering them. Rising construction costs, labour shortages and sustainability pressures are accelerating the need for innovation across the sector.

We believe Eco Buildings is exceptionally well positioned within this transition. Our technology has been developed around speed, quality, scalability and economic viability, which are becoming increasingly critical factors for both public and private sector housing delivery.

What is particularly exciting is that the opportunity extends beyond simply improving construction efficiency. We believe advanced systemised technologies such as ours have the potential to materially influence how future housing delivery is approached in the United Kingdom.

With experienced local partners now in place, increasing engagement activity across the sector and initial deployment opportunities progressing, we believe Eco Buildings United Kingdom creates a strong platform for long-term growth within the UK market and we look forward to providing further updates as momentum continues to build."

Thompson & Bennett for Noventum commented: "At Noventum, we believe that construction should be smarter, more efficient, and more cost effective.  Given the persistent shortfall in available housing in the UK, and the difficulties faced in addressing this situation, now is the time to challenge conventional construction methods and rethink how projects are designed and delivered.

We are delighted to be working alongside Eco Buildings to bring together innovative thinking, modern construction processes, and practical commercial understanding to bring a new approach to building to the UK market.  By combining innovation with practicality we can create solutions that are not only environmentally responsible, but also commercially viable for investors, developers and end users."
