Eco Buildings Group plc, a UK-listed technology-led company focused on industrialised housing solutions, is pleased to announce a major operational milestone on its contract for the prestigious Rolling Hills residential development in Tirane.

The Company has now completed the second-floor structure of the first apartment block, marking further commercial progress and demonstrating Eco Buildings' growing execution capability on live developments. The third and final floor construction phase is underway. The Company has sufficient GFRG walls manufactured and in stock to complete the construction of this first apartment block. Each apartment block is expected to generate approximately €2.2 million of revenue.

The building comprises 18 residential dwellings averaging approximately 100 sqm per apartment and is the first of at least six similar apartment blocks planned for the site. The apartment blocks are a precursor to a larger villa development. The project is being delivered on schedule and forms part of the development of this landmark residential and mixed-use scheme across.

Eco Buildings operates at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, sustainable materials and housing delivery, a segment expected to benefit from long-term structural demand, as governments and developers seek faster, more efficient and more affordable solutions to housing shortages.

Through its proprietary GFRG technology, localised manufacturing model and rapid on-site assembly process, the Company is building a platform designed to address some of the construction industry's largest structural challenges, including:

·    Rising build costs

·    Labour shortages

·    Slow delivery times

·    Inconsistent build quality

·    Housing undersupply

·    Demand for lower-carbon solutions

Unlike traditional contractors focused primarily on individual projects, Eco Buildings' strategy is centred on creating a repeatable, scalable model capable of serving multiple geographies and multiple housing segments through disciplined deployment of manufacturing capacity.

Successful execution on developments such as Rolling Hills is therefore significant not only for current commercial activity, but also for long-term market positioning, future contract conversion and increasing strategic value.

The Board believes that company's ability to combine proprietary systems, manufacturing discipline and international scalability positions it well to create substantial long-term shareholder value.

Dr Etrur Albani, Executive Vice Chairman of Eco Buildings Group plc, commented:

"Rolling Hills demonstrates that our technology can compete successfully in premium residential markets while maintaining the speed, efficiency and consistency that define our proposition.

We believe the future leaders of construction will be those able to combine innovation, manufacturing capability and scalable deployment. Our ambition is to build Eco Buildings into one of the most important next-generation housing platforms operating across international markets."
