Eight Capital Partners plc (AQSE: ECP), Eight Capital Partners plc (AQSE: ECP), the financial services operating company that aims to grow revenue through businesses engaged in "Fintech" operations, from the digitisation of banking services, through to blockchain-backed disruptive finance companies, announces that it is today sending a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to all shareholders together with a copy of its audited Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and a Form of Proxy.

The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00am on Thursday 28 July 2022 at the Company's Administrative Offices, 50 Sloane Avenue, London SW3 3DD. All registered shareholders are invited to attend the AGM, however, shareholders are encouraged to complete, sign and return the Proxy Form to the Company's registrars whether or not they intend to attend in person. Lodgement of a Proxy Form will not preclude a shareholder from attending and voting at the AGM in person.

The Company also welcomes questions from shareholders and invites them to submit these in writing to: info@eight.capital. To the extent that it is able to do so, the Company will endeavour to respond to individual queries or by way of market updates.
