The Directors of The Edinburgh Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announce that they have declared a second interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2022 of 6.00 pence per ordinary share (2021: 6.00p). The dividend is payable on 25 February 2022 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register on 4 February 2022. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 3 February 2022.
The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP") for those who own their shares directly. The final date for receipt of elections under the DRIP will be 4 February 2022.
