3radical Signs Agreement with Jewson

Electric Guitar PLC (LSE: ELEG), the digital marketing and advertising company providing first-party data solutions, is delighted to announce that its primary operating subsidiary, 3radical Limited ("3radical"), has secured a commercially significant new contract with Jewson, one of the UK's leading suppliers of sustainable building materials.

This collaboration will see the launch of Jewson's sustainability focused microsite, incorporating 3radical's Voco platform. The integration of Voco with the microsite aims to enhance Jewson's engagement with its traditionally offline audience by encouraging them to engage online, thereby seamlessly linking Jewson's physical and digital customer interactions.

Key Highlights:

·    Bridging Physical and Digital Engagement: The sustainability focused microsite, set to launch later this year, is a critical part of Jewson's strategy to bridge the gap between its physical stores and its digital presence. The microsite will utilise 3radical's Voco platform, so that Jewson will be able to engage its traditionally hard-to-reach, offline customers through digital channels, by providing in-store promotions which launch an online experience, encouraging them to explore and interact with sustainable building practices online.

·  Growth for 3radical: This partnership highlights the value of linking online and offline audiences, a key area of growth for 3radical. As more clients recognise the importance of integrating their physical and digital customer experiences, to drive enagement and increase ROI, 3radical is well-positioned to meet this demand and drive significant business growth.

·  Strategic Impact: This collaboration is expected to deliver substantial value to Jewson by seamlessly linking its physical and digital customer experiences, which will allow Jewson to enhance customer engagement by communicating both on and off line, supporting their objective of driving sustainable building practices.

Sustainability Microsite features enabled by Voco:

·   Customer Engagement: Jewson customers will be able to access the microsite both digitally and in-store via QR codes. The site will reward them for interacting with sustainable suppliers and assist them in finding their local sustainable branch.

·  Supplier Benefits: The microsite will provide suppliers with a platform to showcase their sustainability efforts, enhancing their visibility and engagement with Jewson's customer base.

·   Data and Marketing Insights: For Jewson, the microsite will be instrumental in growing its first-party data assets, enabling Jewson to gather insights on customer preferences and behaviours, which will create more relevant and targeted marketing communications.

Commenting on the agreement, John Regan, CEO of  Electric Guitar PLC, said:

"We are thrilled to have secured this contract with Jewson, a leading name in sustainable building materials and a regular client of 3radical. It not only demonstrates the value of 3radical's digital engagement solutions but also highlights the growing importance of linking physical and digital customer experiences. We believe this collaboration will drive significant growth for both Jewson and 3radical, and we look forward to a successful launch of the sustainability focused microsite."

Matthew Handley, Category Innovation Manager at Jewson, commented:

"At Jewson, we are committed to leading the way in sustainable building practices. Our partnership with 3radical is a crucial step towards enhancing how we engage with our customers, both in-store and online. The sustainability focused microsite not only allows us to connect with our audience more effectively but also enables us to drive the adoption of sustainable products and practices across the industry. We believe that this initiative will significantly contribute to our mission of building a better and more sustainable future for all."

Notes to Editors

Electric Guitar PLC (AIM: ELEG) is the provider of first-party data solutions for the marketing and advertising industry, empowering businesses to realise the value of their first-party data. In an era of changing consumer attitudes towards the use of their data, tighter privacy legislation, and the demise of third-party cookies, first-party data is now the key to success in digital marketing. Electric Guitar's strategy is to acquire and scale businesses that help marketers maximise the value of first-party data by curating, managing, and deploying it, and in doing so making Electric Guitar the industry standard for first-party data solutions.

As the first part of this strategy, Electric Guitar acquired 3radical Limited, a company that utilises its Software as a Service platform, 3radical Voco, to enable organisations to engage individuals and request their data directly using interactive digital experiences. It has since entered into collaborations with several other businesses operating in the field, as well as a joint venture with Exelia Technologies Limited called Marcomms.ai for producing AI-driven products and services for the digital marketing and advertising industry.
