The Board announces the following with effect from 22 June 2023 and subject to regulatory approval:
Chris Moulder will be appointed as the Group Audit Committee Chair to succeed Andrew McIntyre who will retire from the Board on the same date.
Neil Maidment will be appointed as the Group Risk Committee Chair succeeding Chris Moulder who will step down from the role on the same date.
