The Board of Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Dale as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committees with effect from 3 February 2026.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.8R, Jane previously served as a director of Chesnara PLC (Company No. 04947166) and resigned on 13 May 2025.
The Company confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure in respect of this appointment under the UK Listing Rules.
