Electrica's 2024 Annual Report

Electrica informs the investors as well that the 2024 Annual Report, prepared in compliance with the requirements of art. 65 of Law no. 24/2017 is available, in Romanian and English, on Electrica's website, at www.electrica.ro, in the "Investors > Results and Reports > Annual Reports" section: https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/annual-reports/.

The version in unique electronic reporting format ESEF is also available in the same location, as well as attached to this announcement.

It contains, in accordance with the provisions of Law 24/2017 and Regulation 5/2018:

·    2024 Director's Report, which also includes the Sustainability Reporting prepared in accordance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2022/2464 on Corporate Sustainability Reporting ("CSRD") and delegated act no. 5303/2023 on the European Sustainability Reporting Standards ("ESRS") which complement the CSRD Directive transposed into national legislation by Order of the Ministry of Public Finance No. 85/2024 for the regulation of aspects related to sustainability reporting ("OMFP 85/2024") ;

·    2024 Separate Financial Statements, accompanied by the independent auditor's report on the separate financial statements 2024;

·    Consolidated financial statements 2024 prepared in accordance with OMFP 2844/2016, accompanied by the independent auditor's report on the consolidated financial statements 2024 prepared in accordance with OMFP 2844/2016;

·    Consolidated financial statements 2024 prepared in accordance with IFRS-EU, accompanied by the independent auditor's report on the consolidated financial statements 2024 prepared in accordance with IFRS-EU;

·    Statements of the Management;
