Man Group plc purchased 307,992 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange on 19 July 2022, as part of its US$125 million share buyback programme. The shares were acquired at a weighted average price of 260.1884 pence per share (highest 265.5000 pence, lowest 257.4000 pence) and the Company intends to hold them in treasury. Following this transaction, Man Group plc now holds 104,664,011 ordinary shares in treasury, with 1,310,108,733 ordinary shares in issue, and has repurchased 11,262,333 shares in aggregate since the programme's commencement.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 104,664,011 of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,310,108,733 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 11,262,333 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 250.1860 pence per share.
