Energean plc announced a change to its 2022 annual general meeting (AGM). The AGM, initially scheduled for Thursday 26 May 2022 at 11 a.m. (BST) at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, will now be held on the same date at 9 a.m. (BST) at the offices of White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1DW. All other arrangements for the AGM as previously set out remain unchanged.

Important information regarding the time and location of the 2022 annual general meeting ("AGM")
London, 26 May 2022 - Energean plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE:) announced in its notice of AGM dated Friday 29 April 2022 ("Notice of AGM") that the AGM was to be held at the offices of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ on Thursday 26 May 2022 at 11 a.m. (BST).
However, the Board is of the view that it is impracticable for a reason beyond the Company's control, to hold the meeting at the declared place and time, therefore the AGM will now be held at the offices of White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1DW on Thursday 26 May 2022 at 9 a.m. (BST).
All other arrangements in relation to the AGM as set out in the Notice of AGM remain the same.
