In accordance with Chapter 5 (Vote Holder and Issuer Notification Rules) of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), the Company makes the following declaration to the market:
As at 31 January 2023, the Company had a total of 588,850,167 ordinary shares of €0.01 nominal value each issued and admitted to trading. Each share carries the right to one vote. The total voting rights figure of 588,850,167 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
